Because this is my uncensored story how I finally found a work out program that really works!
Before I found it, I wasted too many years and a whole load of money trying to achieve results, making all kinds of mistakes along the way. Before I started to perform this best shoulder exercises, which gave me true results, I was lacking some extra exercises that would keep me fit, bring me better results in sports and better looks. Fat was sitting on my stomach, which I couldn't turn into muscles. Plus, I wanted to strengten my arms, and I was testing diferent biceps exercises. I can't afford, and also don't want to spend more than 3 hours in the gym per week. I have to admit, that when I firstly saw this work out program, I was sceptical about it. But, I was sick and tired of not beeing able to suceed and determined not to give up.
