Because this is my uncensored story how I finally found a work out program that really works!

Before I found it, I wasted too many years and a whole load of money trying to achieve results, making all kinds of mistakes along the way. I can't afford, and also don't want to spend more than 3 hours in the gym per week. I read a number of top name health magazines and a bought a variety of books on nutrition, fitness and body-building, but the information contradicted itself.

I have to admit, that when I firstly saw this work out program, I was sceptical about it. But, I was sick and tired of not beeing able to suceed and determined not to give up. Good to know when deciding to do something regarding our looks and to get bigger biceps

Even when we are determined to do something regarding our looks, and we work really hard to achieve it, to many times we fail in our struggle to get big biceps.

Where do we get it wrong? Why don't we get results from our struggle and hard work, doing biceps exercises? It seems so unfair…

I've been there, and to save you time, disappointment and money before you find best ab workout for men, I have written some of the answers for you:

We are not championship bodybuilder

Training like a championship bodybuilder isn't appropriate and, most importantly, will not work for normal people like you and me.

Most of bodybuilders have either been blessed with the best genetics ever or they take some form of dangerous drugs. Best bicep workout for us is not the same as for them! Training like a bodybuilder will most probably get us injured, it will lead to overtraining and cause illness.

We don’t want that!  We want results, that are safe and healthy for our body!

Many magazines are full of conflicting advice on how to get big biceps, because the articles are commonly written by people who don't train and are just rewriting some old information. Not to mention that a lot of fitness magazine are owned by a supplement company.

–Instant solutions

Here is the sad truth: people want effortless, instant solutions. The supplement industry is willing to give them the solution, but it’s the solution, which won't necessary help them get bigger biceps. I'm not saying that none of the supplements work. But eating everything that comes along definitely won't help.

–Is the food you are buying really healthy?

The food industry can be misleading. Many people are looking for healthy food to eat but don’t understand how to solve the riddles on the packaging. In this way you won’t necessarily be eating or drinking something, that's good for you.

The solution lies in taking into consideration all the aspects of training our bodies: the science behind bodybuilding and our body, training, best bicep exercises, best shoulder exercises, cardio workouts, nutrition & diet, the truth about supplements and last, but not least: how to handle all this aspects in our day to day life.

A lot for one person to reveal for himself, I'd say. That's why I realised that I have to stick to a work out program I can trust and which actually works. A work out program, which will guide me from day to day and help me harvest results.

Do bicep workouts for mass, which actually work, exsist?

After I've tried a couple of bicep exercise, which didn't bring me results, I thought that the answer was no. Luckily, I did find a full body weight training program that guided me through best shoulder exercises and proper nutrition and lead me to results.

How to get bigger biceps? Where does the average man or woman go wrong when it comes to training shoulders?

Some things became clearer for me, when I got this answer… the biggest mistake we do is to train our muscles directly. Best shoulder exercises: easy jet permanent solution to get bigger biceps

How to get bigger biceps is a question of  many. What are the best shoulder exercises? What are the best ab workout for men? Best back exercises? Best chest exercises?

So … what is the right answer?

I've been asking myself these question often. In order to find the right answer, I tried all sorts of so called best bicep exercises … Unfortunately many of them didn't work.

But they did bring me to a conclusion that best shoulder exercises do exist. I can say that, because I found a solution and I harvest permanent results.
